Design a business that honors your creative rhythm, reflects your lived experience and evolves with you

Creative business, rebuilt from the inside out so that it gives you more than it takes.

This is for established and emerging creative leaders—the natural meaning-makers who understand their work as creative expression, not just service delivery—and who are stepping into a new level of impact but need support holding all the pieces as they transform.

What This Actually Is

A space for artists, creative entrepreneurs and courageous leaders who are done building from burnout and borrowed strategies to re-connect with inner authority. This is where we create success through self-remembrance, not self-correction.

I combine an academic background in psychology and expressive therapies with principles of creative practice, nervous-system-awareness, creative leadership and straight up strategic intelligence to help you design a business that honors who you are now – while creating the scaffolding to hold who you’re becoming.

We don't just build offers and systems. We build businesses that reflect your truth, protect your energy and make room for your next evolution.

By recoding how you relate to your own genius, your identity, your roles, your income and ultimately, your marketing.

The future of business belongs to the ones who design + build from creative aliveness, not performance

We're at an inflection point where creative business is evolving from performance to practice, from extraction to devotion and from borrowed strategies to embodied wisdom. The next evolution of creative leaders are being invited to step up to the plate. You, of course, have known this since the beginning. As a creative, you’re the kind of person who rejects copy-cat formulas, conventional practice and the status quo. But now it’s time for our kind of businesses to shine.

We are the ones who refuse to separate meaning from money, understand business as creative expression and know our sensitivity is our strategy. We're building the bridge between the old extractive economy and whatever comes next. And we’re more than ready.

THIS IS ME

Business isn't hard. Being human* is hard.

And the skills you’ve developed as a person awake to life  – whether leaving places, relationships, businesses, jobs that didn't fit, building something from nothing, or sensing when something's "off" – these ARE business skills. Your creative intuition is your greatest skill in business. Your "overthinking" isn't paralysis, it's pattern recognition. Your resistance to formulas isn't stubbornness, it's integrity.

*in our dominant culture, under the weight of late stage capitalism

And the skills you’ve developed as a person awake to life  – whether leaving places, relationships, businesses, jobs that didn't fit, building something from nothing, or sensing when something's "off" – these ARE business skills. Your creative intuition is your greatest skill in business. Your "overthinking" isn't paralysis, it's pattern recognition. Your resistance to formulas isn't stubbornness, it's integrity.

The traditional approach to creative business has:

→ Prioritized hustle over rhythm, scale over sustainability

→ Taught creatives to override their natural intelligence with borrowed strategies

→ Created a false separation between "creative work" and "business work"

→ Convinced naturally gifted people that skill gaps mean fundamental inadequacy

→ Turned business into performance rather than practice

→ Made creatives choose between meaning and money

→ Ignored that creative skills ARE business skills

But the truth is that your creative force is like a flowing river. It doesn't need to be manufactured, motivated, or forced into existence.

Success comes not from doing more, but from noticing what takes you out of the flow — what sends you wandering into the woods or rolls rocks into your path— and learning to return sooner, to clear the path faster, so your river can continue to flow. Strategy that works like self-remembrance. Coming home to a truer, stronger, more authentic version of you, not self-correction or self-abandonment.

That’s exactly what my private coaching is designed to help you do. Get you back to you, faster.

I NEED THIS IN MY LIFE

The Creative Leadership Paradox

You're naturally gifted at your craft – which means you've rarely had to learn how to translate your genius, a lot of your success has come naturally, from rolling up your sleeves and just figuring it out.

Now you're hitting skill gaps (marketing, teaching, scaling) and your nervous system is in full freeze – firing off reactions from total shut down to just push harder. You're used to being damn good at what you do. Creative excellence is familiar. Being a beginner at THIS stage is disorienting, overwhelming, and leaves you unsure of what to focus on next.

You might be, or you might relate to past clients who are:

  • A successful photographer shifting into education, mentorship, and retreats

  • An established coach developing scalable group offerings

  • A thriving astrologer who’s traded in simple readings for a larger teaching method

  • A multi-skilled creative who knows you’ve outgrown your current work, but don’t know what’s next

  • A designer, copywriter, service pro or agency owner who has built yourself a beautiful desk and chained yourself to it, and you don’t know how to keep scaling without losing your sanity and access to the creative life force, creative expression, passion and joy for the work that got you here in the first place

At this point, evolution doesn’t just feel risky, it feels like identity death. And because you’ve always been naturally gifted, this moment hits harder. You know it deep down: you’re used to being great at whatever you put your mind to. So the thought of starting something new, something you’re not yet good at, creates a deep internal freeze.

YOU'RE SINGING MY ANTHEM, ELI

You're craving hitting the gas but simultaneously allergic to doing things you don't believe in (and you don’t want to be told what to do, you want a partner who can help you see what to do for yourself).

You've spent years excavating meaning from your work and life, sometimes to the point of complete enmeshment. You read philosophy alongside your business podcasts, understand that trauma lives in the body, and have done enough yoga and therapy to know in your bones that growth isn't linear. You've built a successful brand but struggle to separate your worth from your work when every client rejection feels personal and every algorithm shift threatens your sanity.

You need containers that feel like devotion, not discipline. Rhythm that honours your creative cycles, not someone else's quarterly projections.

YES LITERALLY THIS

What private coaching with me looks like

The Container and the Method

We’ll start our work together with a 4 month agreement. Most everyone renews for 12+ months and there are clients I work with now that I have supported for years. We work together for 4+ months in a bespoke container designed around your specific needs and capacity. This might look like weekly or bi-weekly intensives, monthly strategy sessions, or quarterly deep dives, all with access to me for voice note support in between -- whatever rhythm serves your creative working process best. Some people need weekly calls, others can’t have too many sessions on their calendar and much prefer to jam in voice notes most of the time. We’ll figure out what that looks like for you and I’ll make a suggestion based on what you’re wanting to build and in what time frame.

The River Method

Every strategy works, but not every strategy works for you. The work isn't finding the right strategy -- it's knowing yourself deeply enough to recognise which strategies honor your nature and which violate it.

This method is less a strict process and more a diagnostic tool. We might work through every phase, or focus intensively on where your biggest rocks are disrupting your flow. I use this as a framework to identify what's taking you out of creative alignment and how to restore your natural momentum.

  • We start by recognising that you already know how to create. The creative force is already flowing. We identify what's already working in your business and distinguish between what's been built from creative truth versus what's been built from fear or survival patterns.

  • What's actually disrupting your creative flow? This is where we identify the real blocks: inherited beliefs about money, internalised capitalism, people-pleasing patterns, perfectionism disguised as standards. We're not looking at symptoms -- we're looking at root causes.

  • Creative success needs rhythm, not rigidity. The antidote to overwhelm is containment. We build structure that feels like devotion rather than discipline, honoring your pace, process and creative cycles instead of forcing you into someone else's idea of success and an approach to sales and marketing that honors instead of overrides your compassion, boundaries, and self-trust.

  • Every business decision becomes an act of devotion to your creative fire rather than abandonment of it. This is where we rebuild your offers, pricing, boundaries, and messaging from what's most alive in your work -- not what's most "strategic" according to external frameworks. Not everything in your business will need a redesign.

  • You're not here to regurgitate other people's frameworks. We shape what's next -- your methodology, your movement, your body of work -- from your actual life, values, and the wisdom you've earned through your own transformation.

  • Letting off the brake creates more momentum than hitting the gas. Once we've cleared the rocks disrupting your flow and you've returned to your natural creative self, we build the next season of your business by expanding what's already true with systems that actually support you, respecting your natural emotional intelligence and instinctive vision for what comes next.

Between sessions, you have access via Voxer for real-time support when you're navigating decisions. This is strategic intervention in the moments that matter most.

What we actually work on depends entirely on you.

This might mean untangling the cycle of disappearing when you're depleted and overcompensating when your energy comes rushing back. Or addressing why manipulative marketing tactics make you physically ill whilst your competitors seem fine to use them. Or figuring out why simple tasks that used to take no time now feel laborious, or why you're either undercharging severely or burning out trying to scale.

The rocks in your river are unique to you. My job is helping you identify them, understand why they're there, and develop the capacity to move them so your creative force can flow freely again.

The rocks in your river might look like:

  • Working too much with no boundaries between self and business, you can't switch off without feeling like the money will dry up

  • Assigning cosmic meaning to quarterly revenue -- every financial dip feels like a referendum on your worth as a person

  • The on-off marketing cycle, ghosting your audience for months when you're busy, then overwhelming them when your creative energy suddenly returns

  • Physical revulsion to standard marketing tactics, countdown timers and urgency language make you feel genuinely ill (but you’re not sure how to make your marketing work as effectively without them)

  • Perfectionist paralysis around being a beginner in your next evolution of business -- you're used to being excellent, so learning new skills (marketing, scaling, teaching) at this stage feels rotten

  • Pricing from guilt instead of value, either undercharging so severely you can't sustain or burning out trying to prove you're worth what you charge

  • Decision paralysis disguised as thoroughness, spending weeks researching the "perfect" solution instead of implementing the good enough one

  • Comparison spirals that freeze your creativity, seeing peers succeed with strategies that violate your integrity and wondering if you're doing it "wrong"

  • Energy leaks from people-pleasing patterns, saying yes to opportunities that drain you because you're afraid of disappointing people

  • Imposter syndrome despite proven expertise -- questioning your legitimacy even when clients get incredible results from your work

Success at this level doesn’t come from pushing harder. It comes from removing what blocks your natural momentum.

GET THE SUPPORT YOU’re craving

JOIN THE WAITLIST

You build something you can actually thrive inside of

You develop the capacity to hold expansion without losing yourself. Your revenue grows from a place of creative abundance rather than survival anxiety. Your work deepens because your business structure supports depth, not just productivity.

Most importantly: you remember that your creative instincts are business instincts, and you re-learn to trust the intelligence that got you this far.

What's possible when you rebuild from devotion

You create scaffolding that supports you, without stripping the joy, intuition, or spontaneity from your work. Your marketing becomes an extension of your creative practice rather than a performance you dread. Your offers reflect what's most alive in your work instead of just what you think will sell.

You stop asking permission to take up space and start claiming the leadership your work demands. Your business becomes a vehicle for your becoming rather than something that drains your creative force.

I want this

What you can expect it to feel like working with me

Permission. To trust your creative instincts. To build at your own pace. To say no to what doesn't fit. To claim space for your evolution.

Momentum. Not the forced kind that leads to burnout, but the natural kind that flows when obstacles are removed and your creative force has space to move.

Relief. Someone finally understands that your business challenges aren't about needing more tactics -- they're about needing systems that work with your creative nature, not against it.

Clarity. Not the kind that comes from external validation, but the kind that emerges when you're deeply attuned to what's actually true for you right now.

Integration. Your business decisions start feeling like creative decisions. Your marketing starts sounding like you. Your offers start reflecting what you actually care about. And you create the income that facilitates the life you’re ready to step into.

The kinds of outcomes we’re working towards

  • Business decisions that feel generative rather than draining

  • Marketing that sounds like someone who's lived what they're saying

  • Pricing that reflects your actual value without apology

  • Boundaries that hold your creative work sacred

  • Systems that bend with your creative cycles instead of breaking

Immediate shifts you can expect from our 1:1 container

  • Revenue that continually grows from creative abundance, not survival anxiety

  • Leadership that feels like a natural extension of who you already are

  • Work that deepens over time rather than becoming repetitive and dull

  • Capacity to hold expansion without losing your center (or family time)

  • Business that shapes you in ways you want to be shaped

The deeper shifts that are in store for you and your business

The real outcome

A business that works for you in equal amounts as it delivers and serves others. Something you can live inside for the long term, that grows with you, that supports your becoming rather than depleting you increasingly over time.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

📝 📬 🌀 💌

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED 📝 📬 🌀 💌

  • If you're questioning your legitimacy despite being naturally talented, if you're craving expansion but allergic to strategies that violate your integrity, if you've liberated yourself from hustle culture but swung too far into having no structure at all – you're ready. This work is for people who need containers that feel like devotion, not discipline.

  • We start with a written application where you share what's alive in your work right now and what you're trying to build. If it feels like a mutual fit, we'll have a conversation to explore working together. This isn't a high-pressure sales call -- it's a genuine exploration of whether this work serves where you're going.

  • Most business coaching tries to make you fit into proven formulas. This work starts with who you actually are and builds from there. We're not optimising your existing systems -- we're rebuilding your business architecture from your nervous system up. The method itself is designed for people whose creative process IS their business strategy.

  • Often, business stuck points and life transitions are connected. If you're navigating identity shifts, relationship changes, or life circumstances that are affecting your work, that's not a barrier to this work -- it's often an essential context for creating something sustainable on the other side. Business coaching isn’t a substitute for mental health care, and it’s not uncommon for my clients to be additionally supported by body workers, therapists, etc.

  • Even specific challenges usually have roots in deeper patterns. If you’re new to your business, or picking back up after some time away, Gathering Threads might be a better fit. If you’re just in need of some quick tactical support, sign up to hear when Now, What? opens again. Private coaching is for when you sense that surface-level fixes won't address what's actually needed, when you want a companion in your process, and when you’re ready for complete support as you step into your next season.
